Program Overview
The program focuses on training beneficiaries to express their emotions using evidence-based strategies that enable them to face challenges at school and within their surrounding social environment. It also equips beneficiaries with methods that help them manage their emotions in a positive way, which contributes to improving their interaction with peers in their community.
Program Objectives
Identifying different emotions and learning how to respond to each emotion in various situations.
Enhancing the child’s ability to express emotions appropriately and regulate emotional responses.
Providing behavioral training to deal with bullying and bullies.
Building self-confidence and improving relationships among friends.
Offering physical activities that help improve emotional understanding and expression.
Target Group
Ages 7–11 / Boys and Girls
Dynamic activities help in emotional relief, develop behavioral techniques of self-defense against bullying , and improve sleep by training and learning breathing positions .
