Diagnostic and assessment services represent the first and most essential step in initiating an effective therapeutic journey. Through this process, the beneficiary’s condition is evaluated and their abilities are identified prior to providing support. Based on the results, a comprehensive treatment plan is developed that includes all services most suitable for the beneficiary, with the aim of enhancing their skills and capabilities and achieving the best possible outcomes.
How Are Diagnostic and Assessment Services Conducted at Ehtwaa?
The beneficiary is diagnosed by a consultant physician. The assessment is carried out using multiple measurement tools and tests tailored to each category, in order to determine the beneficiary’s abilities. The assessment period extends over two weeks. In addition, the beneficiary is evaluated by a multidisciplinary team of specialists across several areas, including:
- Occupational Therapy
- Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Psychological Therapy
- Early Intervention
- Speech and Language Therapy
Upon completion of the assessment phase, the beneficiary is provided with a detailed case report that includes therapeutic recommendations.
